Everything in house
Our field engineers, helpdesk and workshop staff are employed by us, not subcontracted to a third party. Machines are configured and bench-tested at the head office in Wrotham before they go anywhere near a customer, so the people who set a device up are the people who support it.
Work that cuts waste
There is a cardboard crusher in the warehouse, every toner and its packaging is recycled, and the engineers work paper-free on handheld devices rather than job sheets. We are rolling out an EV fleet to bring emissions down further.
Certified processes
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001, audited rather than self-declared.
Independent
We supply six printer manufacturers and five software products, so nothing is fixed in advance.
