Printer leasing and rental for every business.
Lease or rent the right office printer on a fixed monthly cost, fully managed from install to support. Independent advice across the leading brands, from £10 a month.
The case for leasing, not buying.
Owning a printer looks cheaper until the running costs arrive. Here is how a fully managed lease compares with buying a device outright.
- Upfront cost. No large capital outlay to find.
- Monthly cost. One fixed, predictable payment.
- Toner and consumables. Included in the agreement.
- Servicing and parts. Covered, with a 4-hour response.
- Upgrades. Move to newer models as they arrive.
- End of term. Swap, scale or hand it back.
- Upfront cost. Full price paid up front.
- Monthly cost. Variable repair and toner bills.
- Toner and consumables. Bought separately, ongoing.
- Servicing and parts. Paid for on every callout.
- Upgrades. Stuck with ageing hardware.
- End of term. Disposal becomes your problem.

Call 0800 910 1000There isn't a single best brand. Each manufacturer has real strengths, and the right choice depends on what you print and how. Colour quality alone is subjective: some devices excel at photographic images, others at the bold, consistent solids in charts and presentations. Then there is document capture, workflow routing, security, GDPR, output management and cost recovery to weigh up. Because we are independent, we recommend the hardware and software that fit your needs, not the brand with this month's best offer.
Also called a SoHo (Small Office/Home Office) device, a hybrid printer brings office-grade features to smaller or home-based setups: scan to cloud such as OneDrive and Google Drive, managed print release and reporting, and encrypted print, scan and storage that home printers usually lack. Teams often run several hybrid devices for everyday jobs, with larger documents routed automatically to a central device and held securely until the owner releases them. Hybrid printers get the same support as any other device we supply, including a four-hour service response and inclusive toner.
The real cost of a printer is not the machine, it is the cost per page. A budget office printer keeps both in check: toner is included in an agreed cost per page, and rentals are lower than most people expect. Budget devices support the same scan and print-management platforms as our higher-end models; they are simply built for teams that do not need the fastest speeds. A practical, well-supported choice for lighter print volumes.
A premium office printer handles demanding workloads and scans and prints at the highest office speeds. Alongside everything the hybrid and budget devices offer, premium models add enhanced image quality, Pantone colour matching for brand-accurate output, colour print speeds above 80 pages per minute, and scanning at up to 240 images per minute, with superior finishing options.
A professional, or production, printer (a digital press) is the top of the range for speed, quality and volume. It suits work that needs near-lithographic quality without the run-length limits of traditional print, including documents where every copy is unique, such as client portfolios for financial institutions. These presses usually sit with a print operator in a reprographics department or commercial print room, supported by a high-end print server (an EFI Fiery or Creo RIP). Finishing can run from hole punching for wire and spiral binding through to fully finished books.
