We track what comes off each device: page counts, colour against mono, the kinds of document being produced and which teams print most. That data shows where the money goes, which machines are working hard, which sit idle, and where the waste is.
It shows what you are actually spending, which is usually more than people expect. Once the volumes are written down the savings tend to be obvious: devices nobody uses, colour jobs that could have been mono, and toner bought ad hoc at retail prices instead of on contract.
Any business running conventional laser or thermal inkjet printers, and particularly anyone with sustainability targets to hit or costs to bring down. Low print volumes are not a barrier. Small fleets often carry the most obvious waste, simply because nobody has looked.
