Founded in 2009, the Managed Print Services Association is the only international, independent, non-profit MPS organisation that embraces all industry participants in a collaborative environment. The MPSA is not owned or directed by any one organisation; it is in fact owned by its members. The influence of any single company, large or small, is prevented by the MPSA charter. Its members agree on best practices, standards and other guidelines that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales, marketing and delivery of solutions to satisfied end users.
The award, which recognises excellence from providers outside of North America, was announced as part of the MPSA’s annual global recognition programme. Insight Systems was chosen from a field of international providers for its customer-first approach, technical innovation, quality, customer satisfaction and consistent service delivery - all achieved while operating exclusively in the UK.
